Who would have thought? According to MusicRooms.net actress Rooney Mara, David Fincher's choice for the role of hard knocks Lisbeth Salander, admits she has always been »dark«. So it's no wonder Fincher likes her that much...

In the mini-article Rooney mentions her favorite choice for a Halloween outfit, which is pretty much the most absurd and disturbing dress-up wish I have heard thus far. Additionally she talks about working with David Fincher, doing infinite takes of her first scene... and loving it.

The first day we did an eight-page scene. I think we did it 99 times. I was like, »God, I’m gonna burn out, it’ll feel robotic.« But every single time it felt fresh. David knew exactly what he wanted.

Once Fincher's »Dragon Tattoo« will hit the screens, with such a coveted and high-profile role as Salander, I'm sure Rooney Mara's world will never be the same. So we can probably look forward to seeing her a lot more in the future... and to see her in some obscure roles.
