Fashion magazine W talks with The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo costume designer Trish Summerville.With David Fincher's upcoming movie, Trish Summerville may have an opportunity to breakthrough. Previously costume design assistant and cameo ("Hot Waitress") on The Game and working with the great Michael Kaplan, she talks about how she came up with Lisbeth's look.
The whole color palette for the film is very dark and muted. We don’t really have any bright tones, the look is very much that of a black and white film.
