Big thanks to Madhu for pointing us to it: Apple has added David Fincher and his collaborators to their Meet The Filmmaker Podcasts, after they checked in at the Apple Store, SoHo in New York City, September 28th. It's free, cool, runs for close to 45 mins -- and is about the next best thing to watching the movie itself... in case you live in some lame r.o.t.w. country, where TSN hasn't opened yet... Argh!
Says iTunes:
»Join Oscar-nominated filmmaker David Fincher (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and actor Jesse Eisenberg as they discuss their film “The Social Network” - a story about the founders of the social-networking website, Facebook. Directed by Fincher and written by prolific screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, the film stars Eisenberg as Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. What began in a dorm room soon became a global social network and a revolution in communication. A mere six years and 500 million friends later, Zuckerberg is the youngest billionaire in history... but for this entrepreneur, success leads to both personal and legal complications.«
Make sure to check it out. And do feel free to make use of comments sections anywhere you find them to share further Fincher related discoveries.
Now, meet the filmmaker:

to whoever runs this blog, IMDB now lists The Killer as in pre-production. Any truth to this, anyone know? By the way, this is NOT a remake of the John Woo film, the is an adaptation of probably one of the best comics out there, a French one by Matz. Highhly recommended.
