It certainly is a highly controversial idea, especially so among the cult-fans of David Fincher's 1995 instant classic "Se7en":
Zenescope Entertainment decided to publish a 7-part comic-book series based on the movie, further exploring the background of serial killer John Doe.
Judging by the artwork only (since I haven't read the comic-books) it looks as if the imagery and color palette captures a lot of the stylistic sense of the movie. This fact already might get one or the other fincherfanatic drooling!
The question remains, whether the stories can live up to the genius of the Andrew Kevin Walker's screenplay.
Is this a must-have?
