On an Edward Norton Fanpage (www.edward-norton.org) I found this highly entertaining and insightful interview titled "Gavin Smith goes one-on-one with David Fincher". It looks as if this has been published in FILM COMMENT magazine back in 1999, along the lines of the release of FIGHT CLUB.
My personal favorite part is David discussing how he decides on the films he wants to make. And he sums it up rather simply: "You are always looking for that one pervert story."
